Parking-lot lighting labor is available as an add-on to any tier. Every community is scoped individually — we'll build the right plan and pricing around your property during your walkthrough. Membership also makes us your go-to for larger work down the road: LED upgrades, panel work, and EV charging, with continuity and preferred scheduling.
